Our Process

A simple, transparent process from vehicle request to delivery.

Tell us what you're looking for, including the make, model, year, color, specifications, budget and destination. Our team will review your request and begin sourcing suitable options.
We source suitable vehicles through our international network and provide the specifications, photos, videos and pricing for your review, giving you the information you need before making a decision.
Once you approve the vehicle and order details, we prepare the required documentation and request a 50% deposit to secure your vehicle and proceed with the order.
Your vehicle is prepared for shipment and the required export documentation is coordinated. Where applicable, inspection information and shipping updates are provided before departure.
Once your vehicle has been shipped, we provide the shipment details and tracking information so you can follow its journey to the destination port. Upon arrival at the port, the remaining 50% balance is required.
